This is my first time ever to write a blog! On top of it, this is the first time since many years that ‘public opinion’ changed my mind. People I highly appreciate said: “Your voice should be heard” and “you’re dealing with life changing themes. Let people know what you do”.

This blog will deal with physical, earthly matters as well as with emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of life. There will be always a stimulus that will be thrown to you. Feedback is welcome, every comment will be answered! Obviously, the blog will grow and develop as time will go by.
